Petryl Plus

Petcryl Plus suture is a synthetic, coated and braided absorbable antibacterial suture with an additional triclosan coating to prevent Surgical Site Infections.

Petcryl Plus sutures are available from U.S.P. size 2 to size 5-0.

Petcryl Plus sutures are composed of copolymers made from 90% glycolide and 10% L-lactide.

Petcryl Plus sutures are coated with equal parts of copolymer of lactide and glactide with calcium stearate.
